For fast road use (can't believe I'm saying that with regard to a Land Rover but there you go) the performance brake pads and drilled/grooved discs will help reduce brake fade and improve braking ability.

If you ever venture into the mud/water then don't bother as I guarantee that all the drilled and grooved discs will do is wear your expensive brake pads down to the metal in no time.

Not a very difficult job to do really have now fitted discs and pads all round. While I was at it I changed the callipers and wheel bearings too. I have a few pics and will put up when I get a chance.

The only thing I will say about the ebc green stuff pads is that they do squeek quite a lot under light braking that fades under heavier breaking.

Work really well though Thumbs Up

like Ret said..

seem to remember reading something about NOT using grooved discs as they fill up with mud if you venture off the black stuff and then act like grinding paste and wear the pads away.

unless you steam clean everything off straight away I suppose Whistle Never lost, just found a new way to get there!
