When changing a bulb it is wise to switch on the lights before you start, just to make sure you are changing the correct bulb..... or in the case of a series 111 a sealed beam unit 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Been there and done that on a Disco II, which requires half the front end dismantling. I was not happy Darren

Couldn't you change the bulbs yourself? Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Absolutely that will be what I'm going to do. The situation was I was doing a p/ex deal for a new vehicle and this upgrade was one i was trying to get included for free or heavily discounted. A free set of bulbs fitted doesn't sound a great deal to ask but further discussion proved it actually was! |
