@Dorsetsmith, thanks for that, have passed on to AVCIS. I'm getting a few via PM and indeed posted up on other forums. They all go over to AVCIS for consideration but since the turn of the year, I'm not getting any feedback at all. Even an acknowledgement of receipt would be a start.

I've even added a few cheeky comments to the emails in the hope it would provoke a reaction to prove somebody actually reads them but..... nada.... grrrrrr Mad

Time to find somebody in authority and have a moan methinks. No point in us wasting our time if they not going to act (or at least appear not to act) Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

After a long silence from AVCIS, yesterday, I received an email from them, the gist of which was ...

"Thanks for sending us your suspicions, we do look at all of them and some have proved very useful in ongoing investigations. Please keep them coming even if we don't acknowledge receipt"

I have no clue about the 'ongoing investigations' and indeed if anything has come of them. I doubt they would/could tell me even if they got a result.

However, it's encouraging to learn that the info sent is reviewed/possibly acted upon and not simply ignored. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.
