Better fuel cap?
TD5 one is so much worse than my 300TDi one...

Is there a better one available?

Fit a 300Tdi type one to a Td5.... i've got these on both my Td5's.

You need to slightly modify the hole where the pipe goes through the bodywork... only to make 4 holes where the mounting bolts hold the older type filler pipe in place (the Td5/puma ones are hold in with a large rubber grommet)

The main filler rubber pipe to the tank fits OK, but you'll need to play with the breather as the later Td5 type are bigger than the early ones, so a slight reducion is needed.

I swapped mine so that I can still use the metal jerrycan filler extendable pipe.
