Rear door hinges

i've just worked out the the pivot point and bolt pattern for the rear door hinges on my Td5 90 are the same as the front hinges. So would two Lower drivers side front hinges fit the back door, if so what are peoples thought on how it would look, or has anybody done it? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
