Bush Tucker Man and Land Rovers
Always loved watching Les Hiddins and just came across a website he is writing for himself (long overdue). There's not much in there but he has a long association with Jaguar Rover Australia and of course used the Army 110s in the first two series of Bush Tucker Man, and then a 110 Defender in the third series.

Here on this page he talks of his current personal car, the Disco 4 and his recent purchase of a new 110 Defender.

They don't seem to show Bushtucker Man on UK TV these days - shame cos I can watch repeats of them time after time - he is soooo interesting.

The programme Ray Mears did with him a couple of years ago was awesome. Two top blokes I'd love to meet.

I used to love watching Les and his 110. Nothing would disappoint me more than the program starting and his helicopter mate dropping him deep in the bush where he wouldn't be using the Landy! Peter

I bought all the programmes on VHS direct from Australia, and then over time copied them to DVD. You can watch them on YouTube though, which I often do when working abroad, nice to have it on in the hotel room when there's nowt to do. 2016 D4 HSE

Wonder how many Limited Edition 94 Defender Tanamai's are left

I'd say theyd be a collectors item for sure.

I know I've never seen one

If you look close you can see the Army Tool collection on the bonnet & the Les Hiddins Hat graphic & signature was on the back, (Wonder if it came with the HF antenna )

Wow, that's a new one on me, I never knew he had endorsed a model of LR, although he has been involved with Jaguar Rover for a very long time. 2016 D4 HSE
