For the Mantec you are effectively drilling out two pre-existing Rivets... for the Top Bracket
All other holes are there already, So not as serious as it sounds.
It is certainly strong enough to carry the Spare + if you want to climb up, or sit on top of the Spare
there is no sign that you have just done something you'll regret... Shocked
Top Bracket...
