Mounting your roof rack
Hello All, I'm looking for some advice on mounting a roof rack to my 2007 110 CSW.

I picked up a cheap galvanised roof rack on eBay for those odd camping trips but am nervous about the clamps damaging my pride and joy when I tighten them down.... Confused

I was thinking about putting some rubber spacers between the racks leg clamps and the body work?

Anyone got any advice or suggestions?

Cheers Del.

That's a good idea. I used some pieces rubber from a bicycle tyre. I alsoo fitted some alu strips in the gutter to spread the load. Cheers, Vincent
