Could be something else but that leaves the slave cylinder or an issue with the fork. The fork has a plastic insert which can wear out, or excessive contamination of the DMF and clutch plate, but pretty much always it is a clutch issue.o
I'd give Andrew a call at Defenderbits (support the site sponsors). The AP or Valeo kits are OK, but see what Andrew suggests as I know he has an eye for bits that work. You will need to inspect the DMF once you have removed the T-Box/G-Box and the clutch bits. If it has been excessively contaminated or there is too much play in the unit when you try and move it around (in situ) then one of the Valeo DMF's are fine. Get new Genuine bolts or make sure you Loctite the old ones back in. There is a section in TOPIx about the DMF and how to check it is OK. Sometimes it is obviously bad, but not always. |

hi all 110 now back up and running ,the clutch or the fly wheel did not fail,it was the bearing that failed andd melted,thrust i think,so as it was stipped down i changrd the lot do i now have a spare fly wheel and clutch if anyone needs these parts pm me
