My Defendoor is now nearly 3 years old and it has warped and does not fit well at all and i await the day when it blows off and won't be replaced. The plastic distorts by what i don't know. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

The RDX does look the same but then again it probably isn't the same. Only thing is with Defendoor I got a feeling might have to wait a bit Sad

If it's delivery you are on about too then all the one's I have ordered it has been delivered quite quickly and without a ptroblem. They always seem a ok outfit to me.

Only thing that makes me say about delivery is because it's from abroad. Shouldn't be long Thumbs Up

Ordered one last Wed and it arrived today. Don't think that's bad at all! Would still be buy Defender2 logo'd one though if it materialises. Rich

I noticed sand would still find its way behind my defendoor and would stick around the fuel filler. So I pushed the lip outwards all round and it fit tighter. Filled the tank up and drove for 5 hours through the desert. Very little sand in the top right corner and top of fuel filler, amazing compared to the handfulls of sand that would lay there without the cover.

Dirt and sand can get in through the tiny holes in the corners or the recess sometimes...a plug of sealant from the back stops it Thumbs Up

I would recommend it, during the winter when we've had -14 it stopped the cap/lock barrel from freezing.
I like the idea of securing it to the filler neck.
my next job.......... Very Happy Ravers
