There should be a pair - one front and one back. They are to connect to the fuel cooler unit. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Can't do pics onto the forum from my iPhone. It's on the drivers side bottom right hand corner. The stub is about 1/2 inch dia and is close to the mounting foot. 1996 Defender 130 converted to TD5 and auto 1975 Triumph Stag 3.0 V8 |

hi changed my td5 anti freeze this weekend noticed the same thing. its a blank port used on earlier models apparantly as the coolent pipes were slightly different if needed just bore it out . mines running ok with anything connected to it.
