	Yes - the dim/dip relay was the problem. A replacement cost £25 and took 5 minutes to fit - a very easy fix.

	Thanks for the tip. I've been reading a lot around the subject online and yes it seems the dim dip relay is the #1 cause of the problem. Will check it out tomorrow.
