I agree. You likely do not have an ANR1415 in line next to brake master cylinder. If you look in topix, it will probably show ROW Euro 2 spec as well.

I believe they are M10 x 110mm. Usually go through anti-crush spacers inside the crossmember.

Thank Mark, I didn't realize the puma ceramic paddles were Truckfix, good to know. I wonder how their HD1 style will compare. Unfortunately, it will be a while before I install mine.
