Thanks guys - yes I'll double check back of binnacle. Just noticed I don't have any instruments either !

I didn't electrically disconnect binnacle but something must be loose or disconnected behind ...

Just had the instrument binnacle off to replace a couple of failed lamps in the instruments.

Consequently I seems to have had a big electrical failure- I have no ignition lamps, no headlam ...

My hazard switch will switch between the on and off position normally. However in the On position the lights do not flash, but when I push the switch in a fraction they operate normally and stop again ...
