Thanks, that is what I needed to know.

It is still legal here to drink rum out of the bottle while you are driving, so I doubt they will worry about strong headlights.

Is it possible to increase the wattage of the H4 headlight bulbs from 55/60 to 95/100 (Xenon) without doing any damage? Just a simple swap.
