Looking at swapping out my 300tdi for a td5 but while im doing that i was looking at changing the R380 for a 8hp. Has any one else done this?

Ive had a search of the forum. I cant seem to find many people that have done a p38 steering box into a defender. Im hoping someone has done it with the blackbird industries conversion kit.
