| Stainless steel rivnuts are perfect. I used countersunk M6 Allen key bolts to give a flush finish. Virtually invisible. |

Sure enough, it's started happening again.

So what was the end result of all this. Was it the EGR or the VCV or something else?
Frustratingly, the problem seems to have gone away again. So I'm none the wiser. |

I have a 2007 2.4 TDCi
