Spent a few hours removing the damaged window tinting from the rear window.
YouTube videos love to show how easy it is to remove tinting with a steamer, many regaling the viewer with "and all the sticky residue comes off with the film"... ...it doesn't and it is a total pain in the backside Film came off easily with a steamer but all the glue was left on the window. After a few liberal coats of Goo-Gone Pro, I used elbow grease and Fairy to remove the rest. Each inch was a mini marathon in scrubbing, cleaning the cloth and then starting all over again. Looks a lot better but a perfect example a job you hope will be quick and easy and ends up being anything but. |

Nothing so exotic ...watercress. I believe it was a farm - not sure if it had been repurposed or built to grow cress. |

Those are original cress beds I think - somewhere in Hampshire perhaps?
That’s a £650quid nudge bar - original equipment. I like them. |
