Spare wheel mounted bike carrier?
Is it an option on the new defender? I haven’t got a tow bar, and imagine it will be a pain in the arse trying to get an mtb on the roof!!

I use a wheel carrier rack. Works a treat.

You can also put a ski/snowboard attachment.
