Sankey Trailer For Sale
Hi all,

I have a narrow track Sankey trailer for sale. I've owned for about 4 years and carried out a fair bit of mtce / upgrades on it.

When I bought it had a pair of metal lids over a welded frame to increase the height and provide cover. They didn't fit very well, leaked and weighed far too much so they have been removed and I have fitted a couple of lightweight lift out waterproof panels along with new seals all round.

The lights are a trailer board wired to a standard 7 pin plug. Wheels are Defender steels with decent tyres and the hitch had been converted by a previous owner to a civvy 50mm item. Still has the handbrake and reverse brake fitted. The hitch itself is brand new (fitted in August)

It is completely rust free but has a few dents and has had the body welded in a couple of places.

It could do with a coat of paint to make it look posher but I've left it to show the genuine condition.

It's great for camping, tip runs, slinging the bikes in, moving furniure etc - I'm only selling it as I've bought another one.

I'm tempted.... What height from the ground would the tow ball (centre of) need to be from the ground in order for it to be level?

Get it on the D3 site as well lots of Sankey nuts on there Whistle RLD fabricator of Hidden Winch Mount for D3/4 roof racks jerry can holders CB aerial mounts and much more and agent for Helsport Tents and gear
