Also Higgers, you said you "had to" leave someone with the vehicle at supermarkets etc. Was this because you had been advised to do so or a perceived risk?

A bit of both really. Probably doesn't help me being in the Army and having just come back from 7 months in Afghan. Its a bit difficult to get out of the habit of trying to ramp down the threat. I'll admit, I was probably a bit over then top
