I use it for my 2.2 Puma and change it every 6k very happy, cheapest way to buy it is in the 20 litre container.

Thumbs Up

I’ve been using it for the last 7 years. It’s vey good oil for the 2.2 with a DPF and would certainly be good for 12k miles service intervals. (If it’s not been over diluted with diesel via active regens and the oil service message coming up ).

I’ve used many different specification millers oils in many vehicles over many years and every one has kept the engine in very good condition.

I change my oil twice a year, which is circa every 3k miles, which is over the top I know. But as I buy in bulk it’s not that expensive.

Go for

Castrol transmax Axle 'EPX' 80w-90 for the Diffs (until it comes out of filer hole , circa 1.6Litres per Diff)

Fuchs 'Titan' race syn 5 for the Transfer box (until comes out of filler hole - circa 2.4L)

Castrol 'Syntrans' for the Gearbox, now called TRANSMAX Manual Multivehicle 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Transmission Fluid (2.4 Litres for the Puma 2.2, 2.2 L for the Puma 2.4),

Worth getting magnetic drain plugs for diffs and gearbox.
