[Sold] 90 Bulkhead

My 90HT is due in the next week if so and the bulk head will be coming out as a first job. Is it any use to anyone? Would have to be collection. They retail at over £1,000 but are a bit of an acquired taste as the chances of needing one are slim! How about £50?!

Just released this is the internal bulkhead for one of them newfangled ones

I was thinking it was a proper bulkhead for a old fashioned Defender to help repair my rusty one

Be aware that having no bulkhead on a Defender Commercial may affect the resale value so it may be worth keeping it in the garage for when you move the vehicle on.

Also check your insurance isn't invalidated by removing this part, you don't want to find out after an accident that this is the case.

The insurance company WILL scrutinise the vehicle to see if there's any reason to weasel out of paying.

Cheers Lightening. I’ve no plan to move the vehicle on, and don’t have the space to keep it. Noted re insurance. I’ll let them know and see what they say.

l am hoping someone will start offering a mesh bulkhead to replace the solid one. l am surprised after three years it hasn't happened yet, l bet they would sell loads of them.

Hi Lightening. If nobody is interested in this as it comes out the car, I’ll modify it and weld in a big mesh insert and see if that’s of any use to anyone.

I’m going the keep this and modify it to make a lower version. Will take some pics as plenty of people have expressed an interest in modifying theirs.

Consider the low divider from Mudstuff. They have already for the 110, working on it for the ninety.
