No one can say how long they'll last. Depends on your driving style, where you drive ie surface, how many miles etc etc etc.

It all depends what your going to be doing with them road off road it all has a affect I run 35/11.5/15 simex extreme Trekkers and they are one of the best off road tyres you can get but on the road they wear away quick and road performance is not that clever either ad as the insas are basicLly a copy they will do the same very capable tyre off road but not a tyre that you want on the road all the time
I have just bought a set off BFG all terrains for using on the road !
If you want a good mud tyre that's still good on the road then go for a set of BFG mud terrains more exspensive but great tyres

Regards steve 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs
3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P
hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit
ashcroft atb in transfer box
6 speed auto in build

THanks for the info there Steve... I had a set of 35/12.50's on my Jeep TJ and they held up extremely well on the tarmac and off road.. What do you think about these Kumo KL71's ? hear anything on these as far as performance on and offroad ?

Ran a set of KL71's on my old TD5. very good if a little soft compared with BFG.

BFG good for 40k plus so value there.

Best to have 2 sets of wheels / tyres or a set of AT /MTs

I had the first set of 35/12.50/15 ku his and found them great on the road but in the mud I couldn't get on with them they just went like slicks in mud
As tig up says 2 sets is q good idear but if budget is tight just go for the best and get BFG mud terrains
