Hello, a late entry after the fact but only just discovering the issues. My 1995 Defender N951BRX was sstolen from the street in January. Police not got time i suppose to investigate properly. My guess is that it will surface in some guise the theives reckoning on insurance pay out having been made and trail gone cold. Well it hasnt been paid out and I dont care about that since as soon as thats done we lose out ownership of the car.
Does anyone know how long weve got before we have to accept the ins co offer? |

I’m on the fence. I agree with the above - but also if I were to be reunited with mine and save it, I think it has quite the story. But that depends on how attached to it you are. 2008 2.4 110 Utility Station Wagon XS.

…yup been there.
Just wanted the payout so I could move on. However be prepared to discuss payout with insurance company. I demonstrated that I couldn’t replace my vehicle with their offers. Inside 2 weeks the offers went up by over £3k Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow....
