Shipping small machine to Italy
Can anyone recommend a firm to ship a smallish but fairly valuable (€40k) piece of equipment from Gloucestershire to Foggia, Italy. Weight is around 100KG and the dimensions are about 500mm w x 500 mm high x 1000 mm long. Transit time not a huge consideration.

Thanks Rob

When I was working at sea we used to ship parts (often heavier than that) for repair back to the makers via DHL. Might be worth going to a freight forwarder who ships less than full truck loads (also called cargo consolidators). Often these guys know of truckers who are looking for part loads or full loads to get them back to where they came from - even a small load is better than going home empty. Often there are also “white vans” looking for loads like that to get back to the continent. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!
