United Kingdom 2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Corris Grey
Five and a half months in . . .
After seeing the pics on-line and thinking yuk they’re horrid, we had an unplanned visit to a dealership last November and bought this 90 on the spur of the moment. They look so much better in the flesh, and she matches our 2015 Heritage Defender. I’ve had one trip back for a rattle behind the dash, (apparently two screws were missing) and another visit is booked next month for failing heated steering wheel, and yes, more rattles, I wouldn’t mind but she’s not had so much as half a wheel off the tarmac. Plenty of folks dislike this colour but we’ve had more than our fair share of favourable comments from non Landy peeps.

Pictures really do not do the colour justice. It’s really nice in person. As said though, I feel the wheels let it down. I don’t know why they didn’t do a set of steel wheels specifically for this model. 2008 2.4 110 Utility Station Wagon XS.

Sounds like you've got a proper Land Rover. Laughing

Glad you're pleased with it, but it's not a colour that works for me. Hope you get to use it properly. Thumbs Up Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

Or the 20" alloy wheels that look like 'steels'

Basic 'Steel' wheels 18" look like this...

Love the colour, very refreshing amongst all the blacked out drug dealer spec ones. It’s just the price that kills it for me, I was offered one but myself and the dealer were just too far apart on price. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Just wondering, is it just blacked out Defenders that drug dealers drive or do they drive other colours?
I’ve seen these comments on a couple of posts now.

Agree re the wheels. Local dealer to me has both their showroom cars on black rims. Looks ace.

Mind you the series landrovers of old had green wheels with bronze green body… 1951 80" S1 2.0

Happened past the dealership in Glasgow yesterday and spotted seven of these for sale, available with a choice of green, black, silver and grey wheels!
