WBAC…except yours..
Thought I’d get a 6 month WBAC valuation for my 110 D250…just speculating, no real intentions to sell.

Turns out they buy any car except mine..

What does this actually mean!?

lots of cars for sale now on auto trader and 3 month wait for new ones. market for 2nd hand motors drops off.

would have to challenge them on the "we buy ANY car" though....

Is the vehicle on a PCP and they know that it is not ‘yours’ to sell?

Genuine question, but it would make sense if they have access to the vehicle credit information as it would then be the property of the credit company until final payment has been taken.

They want mine, offering pretty much list price

l think the Commercial version is in higher demand due to the longer lead times.

They still buy on finance - they pay the finance company first, then you get the remainder.

It is financed, good point. But they don’t ask for ownership info..

Finance is irrelevant.

Just done mine. D250SE with a few bits. Paid £75k in October 2022. 9600 on the clock, WBAC value £57,435. It was £64,800 two weeks ago.

Ouch

The BMW is worth slightly more at £59310 at the same age / same miles but the issue is added options, particulalry the expensive ones, that WBAC wouldn't be aware of

They're offering barely any more than they offered for my base specification Commercial. lt has a few options but they wouldn't know about those either.

Doesn't seem right.

Although mine's not for sale.

Never heard of "Webuyurcar"
Maybe they don't deal in high value vehicles.

WBAC offered me £50,000 for my D240 110 First Edition with 21k miles - LR dealer took it for £53k, last weekend it was on their website listed at £58k - that’s £1000 less than I paid new in June 2020! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!
