The whole bulkhead is. Not sure about just the grille.

The grill is a separate piece to main bulkhead

Is the bezel just a press fit?

No it's bolted on, but you can remove it.
It doesn't make much difference to the view in the rear view mirror, which is mostly of the spare wheel. But you can see enough to make it worthwhile. |

Hi, did you manage to remove the grill? My one arrived and I’d like to retain the bulkhead but remove the grill. I was thinking if I could remove the grill bezel, remove the actual grill then replace the bezel then that would be the neatest solution. Any advice on how to remove the bezel without breaking it apart? Cheers

Mine hasn’t arrived yet. If there are no obvious fixings visible then assuming it’s not all moulded as one part I could image it being a push fit from both sides. Are there no fixings visible?

There isn’t anything obvious. I’ll take some pictures and will share tomorrow

If there is a visible gap between the grille surround and the main bulkhead then it probably clips together in two pieces. Probably very easy to it up trying to remove it. Look forward to the pics though.

Okay I’ve finally had a go at removing the bezel around the grill. It was surprisingly easy and nothing ended up being broken. The bezel is attached to the grill via metal clips that pop out easily with a trim tool. The grill can then be removed. Note that the bezel clips into the grill meaning when you remove the grill the bezel has nothing to clip back into. I captured some pictures. Hopefully you can see them in the gallery
