Just put an M57 in it, the 2.2 isn't an engine to worry about rebuilding.

You could buy my 2011. It’s a little bit in project mode at the moment. It’s ex-utility and had a box rear on it which I’ve just taken off in preparation to start building a tray back. Could easily go back on.
In good mechanical order. Was maintained at no expense spared. And I’ve done loads to it. Lots of sensible mods. I think I’ve run out of steam with it. Click image to enlarge Edit. It’s a little bit different to that picture with a light bar on the roof rack and some other bits Drop me a PM if any interest 2011 130 Utility Body 2005 110 Van |

I had the 2.4 in my 09 plate 130 replaced last year by a local independent.
Died at 113000 miles with no compression on no.2. Total cost to supply and fit new engine £5500 + vat |

Useful replies as always thanks.
Wondering what an M57 would do to the longer term value rather than original 130 with TDCI drivetrain? Agree it’s a better unit all round. ggc130 PM me more. £5500. Where was the engine from? Ta 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

if its fitted up well with a TDCI gearbox and so forth I would say its about even value wise in my eyes, but then again I like things a carlos fandango and I don't count rivets.
I'm currently looking at a sort of M57 conversion thats not been done before as a project. |
