Pivi Pro Navigation - iGuide error

The iGuide for my recently acquired 2021 Defender 90 HT says to use the Route app - but apparently the Route app is not compatible with Pivi Pro Navigation....??

So despite everything, it is not currently possible to use an app with the built-in Navigation either on a smartphone or a laptop/desktop to plan routes before getting into the vehicle ahead of a journey?

that's correct. I had a long email exchange with JLR on this subject and pointed out that their iGuide said I could plan offline but got absolutely nowhere with them. It means that the Pivi Pro Nav system is basically useless if you have a list of clients to visit. Defender D350 X-Dynamic HSE 110 MY25 Carpathian Grey
