Decent slide out kitchen or fridge runners
Can anyone advise where I can buy some decent heavy duty slide out runners for a project I am working on?

I have never used them but have had these in the "Fridge slide project bookmark folder" for quite some time now... Someone else advised me that they were a good brand and a quality item.
