| 2011 Fob battery change balls-up! | |
In a triumph of mechanical ineptitude, I swapped out my fob battery this afternoon…easy peasy 🤓👍 Went out to the Landy to try it out….absolutely farq hall happened! Took the fob back indoors to check I hadn’t put the battery in upside down….no that was good, but I’d left the farking sticker on the bottom face of the battery. Took that off, slipped it back into the fob….back outside, still nothing….tried to open the car with the key….you guessed it alarm screaming/immobiliser engaged…  😬 Where to from here chaps??? Thanks in advance for your advice and/or derision 🥸😂👍
