It’s finally arrived

After a 16 month wait my P400e X-Dynamic HSE has finally arrived.

Delivered this morning at 08:20

Everything as specced just missing 2 usb c ports in the rear compartment.

Fully charged, full tank of fuel, a Fortnam & Masons hamper in the boot and a large glossy book detailing the Defender story.

Spend £80K+ and everyone gets excited about the hamper gift that’s probably equivalent to a single front mat or less than an hours labour at the next service 😊😊😊

My car was purchased from Rockar, as was my previous P300 Defender. They are a main dealer based in Canary Wharf, London. They undertake most of their sales over the internet using online form processing. I've never visited their showroom and have been very impressed with the whole purchasing process.

They offer all their cars with free delivery and a full tank of fuel. They also offer lower interest charges than most main dealers.

My new car was ordered in November 2021 and subject to the usual delays that everyone has been subjected to. However, Rockar have honoured the original price thus giving me a saving of £5k on the current price.

The hamper may not have been worth a huge amount but it was a pleasant surprise and a nice gesture by the dealer.

I will addd that I've got two keys, full digital screen, large Pivi screen, Clearsight mirror and Head-up display. All the front USBs are installed, just missing two USB C in the rear compartment.

All in all I'm a very happy camper.....
