Its a nice Defender, but I suggest to check the forum rules about ads for sale, as set by the administrator.

Provides details. In essence if you have less than 25 posts, and/ or been a member for less than a month you should purchase an add for £7.5 , you receive a code and include that code in your add. |

Ah, OK, I paid the £7.50 this morning before posting; didn't realise I needed a code. I'll add that when I receive it?

Can I ask what the MOT failure for excessive corrosion was for last year?
Was it an outrigger and what condition is the rest of the chassis in? Thanks Mike |

It was just where the chassis connects with the rear crossmember. Rest of the chassis is good, there was no MOT suggestion of future work needed.

Are you sure they were not the rear seat belt to chassis brackets, part numbers EIO500060 and EIO500070? As those are the ones whose paint usually flakes off before they leave the factory. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing 2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black |

I have no idea, but I don't think so. As I said, it's where the chassis connects with the rear crossmember
