I have the 110, and with the seat down flat I only have around 66inch. Don't think a 90 is going to fit.

You can’t fit a rake or broom in the new 90🤪

My Mini 3 door hatchback has more boot space than the 90………… and the Mini’s boot is totally flat even with the seats down no aluminium bar across the boot either. I can fit a gravel bike in my 90 Hard Top. Takes some manoeuvring but did it without removing a wheel. https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews

Get a towbar and bike carrier.
Much easier and no need to take off any bike wheels! Also what if your bike is covered in mud after a ride, would you want to put it in the back of a brand new Defender lt can be done though. Remove both wheels, lower the dropper post, and put the bike in upside down (sat on the saddle and bars) Secure it with a long bungee and then put the wheels in, best to put a bungee round those too. Takes a couple of minutes and it's how l got my e-mountain bike in the back of my (old model) Defender One point, if your mountain bike is electric, check it's okay to carry it upside down after a wet ride. lf it's a regular MTB then you've got no issues. |

 Click image to enlarge I live in Mi, With all the salt they put on the roads in winter you don’t want your bike on the back. I was hoping to just remove the front wheel. I see someone managed to build a sleeping platform with the passenger seat forward, but not sure if I will still have the 30” height I would need. |

Ah, mines a 90 Commercial l would go with a towbar and bike carrier, much easier and no chance of damage to the interior of the Defender Re the above lf you're riding in Winter anyhow l wouldn't worry about a bit of salt spray, so long as your MTB is a good one. I rode my Kona and Foxy R all through five Derbyshire Winters including on roads covered in salt. Never had so much as a rusty bolt. Of course, l always clean my bike when l get home. But the salt sprays on the bike during the ride so can be there for hours. Still never had an issue. I do spray the bike with GT-85 (obviously not the brakes lol) and l am sure that helps |

Get a rear wheel bike carrier and wash it down when you get back home.

Does anyone know of a 2 bike carrier that works behind a Defender?
On the Tow Bar Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow....

90 hardtop with bulkhead removed full suspension emtb fits in, rear wheel against the centre console and ratchet straps to keep it upright and front wheel off.
