Yes, scam. A load of ads appeared with the postcode listed ahead of the town / city. Pricing ridiculous.

No idea. I assume it’s pay a deposit to secure it, but it doesn’t exist. If you spend enough time looking these things jump out at you, as do the chancers flying a kite price wise.
