You need the Medium. I already had a Small from my Disco Sport, which was too small. Current vehicle: 2020 Defender 110S

l've got a large and that fits as well, you don't want it to be too tight, it needs to spin freely so you can't use it to steer the vehicle.
Medium is the ideal size as already stated |

Medium and large Disklocks are the same size but the medium has some foam pads on the inside.

I also have a large disklok for my 200Tdi (original LR Steering wheel) - I found that was too big for the new Defender. Current vehicle: 2020 Defender 110S
