TD5 90 Build and Maintenance

I bought this as a fixer upper. I never worked on Defenders before, restored Triumphs (so yes I like a challenge and rusted bolts!) Should have took some pics when I got it in 2011.

It was very tatty, rusted winch on front white powder n silver chq plate sides and happy shopper side bar steps things made of rust and black bubble paint!
