£25k + VAT seems sensible to me. I'd "we buy any car" and ask dealer what they'd offer as a base line guide, then add some. James

Defenders are really hard to sell at the moment. Without trying to depress you, I sold my pristine 2009 XS SW 2.4 with 55k miles, 3 owners, perfect history, new BFG boots for £23k after it sitting on the market for 3months. I started at £30k and thought that was cheap !!
Keep in mind that we are entering a recession, that those cars aren’t cheap to maintain if you want to keep them in top shape, and every major cities is implementing ULEZ restrictions. If you take all the London, Birmingham, Manchester etc… buyers out of the equation, you’re not left with as many people that can offer £20k+ for a car prone to rusting. Then you also account for the financing rates having gone to 9-10% - you’re now only left with people that can pay cash for their toys… The pool gets even smaller. So I think your car isn’t selling because it’s too pricey in the current market. Things are likely to get better at some point, probably not in the next 6-12months. |

At the moment I'd happily accept £25K all in. If I add VAT it then puts it back to £30K which is a very hard price point. 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

I get the sentiment, like you I started above the £30K price zone. My 110 USW is also pristine and with new boots less than 4K miles on them, full service history, VAT claimable etc etc. Lots of interest but when you want a yes or no answer people shy away. As for no money, several members here have said in PM's that they've just sold and have a pot of cash enough to buy mine, but they either want a different colour or they want a TD5 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

Yeah - really strange. A mate of mine has been trying to sell his 2008 2 owners 110 XS - for 6months. He put £45k worth of upgrades (yes you read that right!!!) - it’s an absolutely offroad monster and yet looks absolutely stock from the outside…
It failed to make £18k on eBay and he would chop someone arm off for £22k. Unless you’re desperate, just keep yours and try again in 12months. |

We digress from marks thread but I see your list, and understand where seller is coming from, unfortunately you can't add up what it's cost to keep a vehicle on the road plus add new cost of some bolt on bits when you come to sell it and expect to see it back. Just not how it works.
Mark your truck is great buy, i know how you have looked after it and it mirrors mine for subtle upgrades. If mileage was less I would be interested but it's almos5 same miles as mine! Good luck with sale, have asked for some bits in other thread and won't distract from original topic anymore. You could try Agrigiveaways in Wiltshire. They regularly raffle Defenders. I sold a 90HT to them two years ago with 67k miles but the market was pretty hot then. I think they would prefer to have the accessories in situ as it makes the vehicle look more unique.
Worth a call anyway but with 90k miles, whether they will offer what you need remains to be seen, but they pay good prices as they make decent margins on the raffles. |

As above, is this still available, having a trauma trying to find a D4 for decent money and then this pops up. Looks like it popped up a while ago to be fair but I need something to tie me over for a while while, let me know please.
