my concern is not the first two photos but the one that shows the rear door, well out alignment.

My concern would not be the body damage.
The vehicle title shows "LEMMON LAW" which in the States means the dealer had to buy it back, because they couldn't fix faults with a new vehicle. Shocked

Once the bodywork is fixed, what other gremlins does it still have.

Damage doesn't look that bad.

l assume this would invalidate any warranty that was left on the vehicle, once repaired.
