Does anyone know what the actual difference is between the two different radiators please?
Seems that there are two different part numbers but aftermarket radiators (Nissens) looks to be just one radiator to cover all models. My 15P radiator has the two main radiator pipes, small bleed pipe in the top corner which goes back to the expansion tank and a small outlet on the front lower corner which is piped back to the fuel cooler. I realise that the 10P doesn't have the EGR cooler but have never looked at the cooling system on one to know how the pipe connections/routing differs. Just want to check that I wont have any issues with an aftermarket Nissens radiator. Cheers, Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

Dont think so,
Nissens online catalogue lists their rad 64311A to be for: PCC001020 - TD5 from 2A (15P) and all 2.2/2.4TDCi PDK000100 - Td5 to 2A (10P) PCC000670 - Td5 to 2A (10P) superseded by PDK000100 PCC107480 - Td5 to 2A (10P) superseded by PDK000100 So looks like it is one radiator for 15P TD5 and all tdci but a different one for earlier 10P TD5s Cant see any real difference between them from online pictures. Confusingly though Island4x4 show different listings/prices for a 10P and 15P nissens item though. Cheers 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

Nissens bulletin: https://customerportalmedia.nissens.com/fetchfile.aspx?id=23753
Their part 64311A is listed as a replacement for all Td5 rads, looks like they supply a restrictor and the stubs for the cooler are blanked off on purpose (and shouldn't be opened) ![]() ![]() |

Thanks Martin, crossed posts! Looks like the same query I am having. I will give the cheaper version a go and see if it is correct. Cheers 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

@rallysteve
How did this turn out in the end Steve ? Did the 10P rad have the cooler stub blanked off ? Mo The Land Rover 90 - Many are called, few are chosen. 50 Shades of Pennine Grey |

In the end, I just bought the Nissens one from Eurocarparts which fitted onto my 15P fine. Came with a restrictor for the fuel cooler (although mine only had one fitted.
As advised, it has the port on the bottom rear of the radiator (drivers side) there but blanked. Also came with new mounting rubbers which i recall to buy separately cost more than the whole radiator ![]() Cheers Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

Thanks Steve 👍 I think I'll pay the extra and get a Nissens radiator.
