What are these cable tied white plastic blocks?
Anyone happen to know what these are? One fell off under the chassis when i was applying Lanoguard last week and noticed another this morning when i lifted the passenger footwell mat.

Those are cable tie bases and have a double sided tape backing. They are not used by Landrover and someone else have used them for something else. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

They look like a cable tie mount that's usually fixed with a sticky pad on the underside. Darren

The only mod I’ve seen them used for is to close the gap between the heater blower air intake and the supply ducting. You glue one either side of the blower intake, one either side of the ducting, then pull them together with cable ties.

However all that is done in the engine bay, so would not end up in the passenger footwell if became detached !

Maybe someone used it to secure wiring or wiring conduit to the chassis, I.e tow bar wiring , and the lanoguard broke the adhesion. So look for any sagging conduit or wiring in the vicinity above where you found it.

You might want to remove the blue lights, at least if they are visibly blue in colour when unlit, since it is illegal to have them fitted (anything which resembles a blue light, lit or unlit, is not allowed).

Either that or wire them up and use them to get to your destination quicker!
