I thought it was, but don't take this as a definitive answer.

I ordered a mid section straight pipe for my tdci 90.
Fit was completely wrong, flanges were at different angles and hangers miles off. I thought it was just poor quality, but in hindsight I think seller sent me the wrong item, possibly one for a td5. The part numbers for this straight pipe are different between tdci and Td5. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing 2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black |

I think if the part numbers are different then the answer is "no, they are not the same".
Perhaps it depends whether it is a 90, 110, or 130. For some reason I did think that on the 110 it was only the front section (downpipe) which differed. |

It is 90 TD5, I am fairly sure the rear box is identical but maybe the middle is not
