Side steps economic risk
Hello everybody,
I searched very well on the net and found some side steps at a great price, less than 200 euros.
I was a little worried about the quality, when they arrived they looked nice and fairly solid.
the problem arose when I mounted them ......
the front and rear brackets were very different, despite the attachment points on an apparently straight frame.
as you can see from the photos, this is the result. !!!!
the rear bracket protrudes an inch more than the front one.
to finish it, I will be able to put everything in order, but I will have to insert numerous shims, to align everything.
the lesson for me was: if you spend too little, you will also have too little in quality .....
