I think the confusion has come about because the parts picture shown in this thread only shows the basic inner wheel arch which every defender has. In addition to this some models also have a 2nd plastic inner wheelarch which normally also has a layer of soundproof padding stuck to it as well. Although mentioned on the parts page the plastic liner is not shown in the photos. Also worth noting that even with the additional plastic liner fitted this does not cover the exposed areas of the bulkhead/outrigger. You would have to add addition material as MYONEHERE has done to add further protection to these vulnerable areas!
