As an XS hard top it probably didn't get a headlining and rear panels. The heated seats and windscreen came with the winter pack. The XS should have come with Boost alloys, AC + sticky-out grill, silver grill and light surrounds, silver centre dash, ABS/TC, half faux leather seat covers and a cubby box. Maybe so super dooper sound proofing... Possibly a non-flat paint colour.
Of course, being Land Rover none of the above could be the case...  |

That looks like a county to me. Electric windows and that seat trim.

I also thought all county spec and up had the humpy centre steering wheel whether station wagon or hardtop van? 2004 Defender 90 Td5 CSW

My County spec double cab had the nice flat wheel, not the hideous fake airbag wheel.
The only consistent thing about LR build specs is the inconsistency! The OP's interior does not look XS to me, but I agree it could well be County. |

I have a 2002 TD5 110 hard top that is County spec with the Winter Pack and it has heated seats, heated front screen and electric windows. It didn’t have a headlining at the back though.

I had an 04 XTech 90 Hardtop. Full XS trim. Half leather, heated seats, heated screen, AC, full ceiling lining, Brunel grey centre dash, grill, and light surrounds. Leather steering wheel, gear and trans knob, As you say XS trim was only available on CSW, not hardtops unless a special edition. |

No. Not an XS. Missing to many XS items. Also wrong trim, wrong steering wheel, and centre dash, grill, light surrounds would be Brunel not black. |
