Defender TD5 front seat covers suggestions(including centre)
Hi chaps,

I would like to cover the three front seats with good fitting seat covers (not the budget crap off ebay for £10 that never fits).

What suggestions are there that are desiged to be used on defender TD5 front seats?

Needs to be waterproof and semi removable so i can occasionaly give them a hose down.

Thanks in advance

Can't go wrong with Britpart covers, great fit, quality and price.

I have the ones with the umbrella on, they have been on since 2009 or there abouts and taken some stick. I have washed them a few times. They are fading now but still good to use with no rips etc 1999 Defender TD5 110

Can still get the Britpart ones (with the umbrella logo on) as i just bought a set. They come in grey or black.

The only annoyance is that you don't get the covers for the headrests. I am sure these used to be available separately and certain that I have seen them previously but they no longer list them anywhere.

Cheers,

I have always been sorely tempted with a fancy set of canvas seat covers like Exmoor or Escape Gear or Melvill and Moon, but goodness they are expensive, especially the M&M ones.

After much thought I went for Exmoor trim canvas in sand colour, lovely fit and feel great quality.

Paddocks had them as stock item so no long waiting time. But yes they are pricey! 2004 Defender 90 Td5 CSW

I went for Exmoor black. Canvas type material. Hatted them. Really grippy so just makes getting in odd, not fully waterproof and all the muck from dog goes through them.

I thought that might be the case. So they are good at making your seats look fancy then, but useless in Wales where everything eventually gets wet and muddy Rolling with laughter

Turtle covers get my vote too. Fit great and don’t break the bank.
