Obviously there’s no circuit connection between the headlamps and the tach, audio etc. so you must have inadvertently disconnected and/or moved something in the process of fitting. That said, you wouldn’t necessarily have been working behind the dashboard to fit the headlamps so I can only ‘guess’ you’ve interfered with an earth?

Are you sure it is the headlamp fitting that has caused the issue as you may be chasing a red herring?

Thanks for the reply
So I just removed and replaced all the lights. (I Did not do side repeaters or headlamps) I was very slow doing this I checked all the ends to make sure I was hooking the wires up it was pretty easy 6 lights are 2 wire and brake and running lights are 3 wire x2….I had been turning ignition on and off all day and when I took it out for a drive low and behold kenwood head unit and tach was working…..the only other item I messed with was the flasher that was plug and play as you know……I’m going to let it go and see what happens or the next few days. Thanks again for replying
