On what vehicle?
The 130% deduction only applies to new vehicles. Otherwise it is 100% |

I'd guess a Grenadier as it's posted in that section? Darren

missed that bit!
It might be N1 but Doesn't it also have to have a minimum 1 ton payload though not to count as a car if it has 5 seats? That was the main selling point if the old 110 usw. Cant see details of the 5 seat on the uk brochure but the 2 seat only has an 856kg payload. |

I believe it does have the 1T payload and is N1. They are selling them as commercial (van) 1951 80" S1 2.0

I couldn't see any reference 5 door usw in the uk brochure. The kerb weight looks too heavy to allow a 1 ton payload and stay under 3500kg, even for a 2 seater version.
They can still be n1 but not have a 1 tonne payload. Doesn't mean you can avoid company car tax though if they are 5 seats. As an example, most double cab pickups have a 1 ton payload. If you add a canopy however (say 50kg) this reduces the payload below the threshold and the tax man can jump on you and you end up paying car tax rather than van tax. |

I am very much an enthusiast of the Land Rover product, not all the range. Just detest JLR!
I am on my third Volkswagen transporter and they are just as likeable as LR’s. Choose the right dealer and they are better than LR. Just not in Buckinghamshire! They are just as expensive as LR, less character. Definitely worth trying. |

This was all I could see in the brochure regarding payloads, none of which are anywhere near 1 ton...

Qualifying super-deduction expenditure has to be incurred before 31 March 2023, so unless you are at the front of the queue for the Grenadier, the purchase might not be eligible. As mentioned, the super-deduction is not available for cars.
